A new resin bound driveway in Guildford installed by the specialists at Abel Driveways LTD. We removed the old driveway area and extended the driveway into the old garden area at the front of the house. We put in a new base of Type 1 MOT foundation and membrane sheeting.
A permeable tarmac base was laid with a charcoal brick on edge around it. All the manhole covers were replaced with recessed covers to allow a seamless look to the driveway. We finished it off with a resin bound finish of 2 resin chip stones and cut glass for extra grip. We used a high quality UV resin to ensure a strong bond to the permeable tarmac.
